At VORLAN, we want you to be satisfied with your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Conditions:
Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason (size, color, or preference).
The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Process:
The return or exchange process takes 3–7 days to be completed.
A courier will pick up the item, and the refund or exchange will be handled directly.
Important:
Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
